  • As a direct-to-consumer brand the only place where you can buy our products is on our website.

  • If the item you want to purchase is coming back in stock soon, you’ll have the option to pre-order it. Pre-order time is normally 3-4 weeks. Once the items are back in stock we’ll ship them to you immediately.

  • You can either checkout as a guest or create an account. Creating an account will make it faster to place future orders and allows you to review your order history at any time.

  • If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, your order may not have gone through successfully or you might have submitted the wrong email address.

    Please check your spam folder, however if you still have not received it, please email us at care@renaissanceformen.com and we will look into this for you.

  • As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link to track your order.

  • Email care@renaissanceformen.com stating your order number and which items you’d like to exchange/return and the reason.

    Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-3 working days from the time we receive the products back.

  • We are currently shipping from the U.S. with free shipping to the U.S. and DHL Express Shipping to Canada and Europe.

  • We offer the following shipping options with Fedex and DHL:

    United States, Canada and Mexico: 2-5 business days

  • Try on your purchase in the comfort of your own home. Shop comfortably, knowing that our return & exchange policy is easy and simple. You can choose to make an exchange or return items for refund or store credit.

    14 Days returns & exchanges period

    The return shipment must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date..

    Purchase a return label and arrange a drop-off or pick-up at attractive rates.

    Conditions:

    Please ship products back to us in the state and manner you would wish to receive them.

    Items should be returned new, unused and with all renaissance tags still attached.

    Provided branded boxes, branded dust bags, hang tags and cards should be included in your return. The packaging is part of the product.

    Shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.

    Send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.

  • Email care@renaissanceformen.com stating your order number and which items you’d like to exchange/return and the reason. We’ll advise with instructions for return shipping..
